@jon-nyc said in Mirror, mirror on the wall….: I have mailed him letters to his home and every time I’m in a Hyatt I remind them to let him know. If you have any fault, it's that you care too much.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see him post a pick of a dick like that.

My brother did it. Honestly I don't really care who has DNA data.

Without Roundup or other weed and grass killers, modern landscaping and farming is impossible. Choose.

So that’s why restaurants seemed so cheap in France. Maybe this retiring to Europe thing isn’t so bad.

Could be getting close to a Time Of Choosing. Is this student supporting terrorism and the eradication of Jews more important than the research the faculty is doing or their jobs? Choose.

(And yes I know, Neil didn't even stop to have his OWN picture taken while on the moon...I think he's reflected in Buzz's visor in one photo and that's it.)

There's a street around the corner from us where a bunch of rich people live, and quite a few of those houses are lit up. I quite enjoy it, TBH. Obviously, it's not particularly classy, but it's kind of fun. Not really worth getting upset over. If it upsets the HOA, all the better (we don't have any of that rubbish here in the wastelands of semi-rural Rhode Island).

https://www.wusf.org/2025-03-19/how-astronauts-adjust-when-back-on-earth-after-being-in-space After Wilmore and Williams' capsule landed, post-mission recovery and medical teams met the astronauts and transported them to NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston. While there, they will undergo "a progressive 45-day post-mission recovery program," NASA says. During this time, the crew will have medical and performance testing, participate in studies and follow a "structured reconditioning program." They'll spend two hours every day with trainers, working on a personalized recovery plan to work back toward the fitness levels they had before they left on their mission, NASA says. and (from another astronaut And at one point while still getting adjusted to being back on Earth, he forgot he could no longer float. "I was like, laying in bed. I had to go to the bathroom and I just started pushing off my back thinking, 'I'm going to float to the bathroom.' And the light was out and I'm pushing up and I roll out of bed," he says.

Jokes about the priesthood aside, the hardest one to deal with would probably be ongoing child abuse. We have a friend in the UK who's a GP, and she said it's surprising how many people seem to think that a doctor is bound by the same rules as a priest. Needless to say, she reported the bastard immediately.

@taiwan_girl said in Let’s get back to debating the important stuff…: I am always afraid someone will "ding" the car door, so try to avoid parking near someone. But , usually, I dont have a choice. That's only a problem if you drive an International Woman of Mystery car like an Aston Martin. I drive a Honda, so I don't care.

Just like something like 80% of all US males of driving age think that they are above average drivers! LOL
