He has a good offensive line. It helps that he likes the ball to come out quick, so guys don't have to hold blocks.
He has a certain player type he values. He wants a high RAS, versatility and good locker room guys.
He will coach to what he has. With Brees, the Saints won a lot of high scoring games. With Bridgewater or Nix, he used simpler gameplans and depended on good defense, for low scoring wins.
