Interesting about the humidity. I saw one tonight but the trail was evaporating quickly behind it.

hmmm. I'll believe it when I see it.

BTW "Jeffrey," just so we can be sure: what is the maiden name of your great-grandmother's second cousin's on your father's side? As you should know, he was an only child.

Should be easy answer, if, you are whom you say you are.

Well if you're looking for large scale political discussions not dominated by Manichean framings, you're looking at the wrong species.

I suspect that Chinese folk by and large are perfectly content with having a government that does this sort of thing. It's only a recent invention of the Western pop culture ruling class that self-interested tribalism for one's own culture is a bad thing. And of course it should go without saying that the people who propagate such ideas are under no impression that they have anything to lose personally by losing that sort of tribalism.

@Doctor-Phibes said in RNZ Interview with Michael Levitt:

I know we're only hearing about the bad cases, but there are a lot of those, it seems. There are also plenty of people not dying but getting really sick, and if hospitals are overwhelmed, then it seems likely that a lot more of these people will die, which is what we're trying to avoid, after all.

Agree with this. Plus, as bad as things are, does anybody still really think that things would have been better if there were no lockdowns/stay at home orders?? I just think things would have been so much worse.

I just have folders in my bookmarks. I started with one recipes folder then last week I had to reorganize them because it took too long to look through. Now I have a dozen or more subfolders.

@Rich It was close to 80 when I ran. This is a lightweight cover intended to act as a sunblock. Compared to a true mask, it is much lighter and infinitely easier to breathe - but it is obviously not contoured to the face so it is not protective the way a mask might be - so social distancing is important. I don't think it possible to run with an N95 mask. info on face shield
