It's a mess. Finished it this week. A good murder "mystery" must plant the seeds of solving the crime early on, and not rely on twists toward the end of the story. That's exactly what this did, and it was a disappointment. Martin, Short (Martin Short?) are great. They play...themselves. The supporting cast is fine, but the story is sadly lacking inn anything original or inventive. At least the episodes are short, so if you feel like wasting your live, 30 minutes at a time, go ahead.

Besides, in my own defense, just because I posted about his book club doesn't mean I like his selections! Deepak Chopra gives me a rash! Not defending Rodgers, either. He's a truculent sonofagun. Kinda got a kick out of his "I own you" eruption, but still. One doesn't do that.
