Yeah, a flying "car" other than the fact that it needs a runway to take off from and land on.
You can park it in your garage (if it's big enough).
So, yeah, I guess it's a car.

If that's a car, then so is a microlight. I could keep that in the garage, too, and it doesn't need a proper runway. Where I used to work, some guy used to land his in the field and visit us.
