Off to Asheville

Leaving in the morning. Have a house up on a mountain. A couple days there then over to Winston Salem to see The Princess.

So far so good. The house is great, up on top of a mountain. Sitting on the deck enjoying the view. Dinner in by DoorDash then town tomorrow. From what we saw today it reminds me of Ann Arbor. With hills.

Partly, but more a look and attitude. Any number of hipsters but they are everywhere.

Cannon Beach is much more compact and is mostly its natural beauty. Natural beauty here is abundant but it is larger, tougher to get around in and more crowded. Many of the attractions are man made. Lots of interesting architecture and history. Sitting by the huge fireplace at Grove Park Inn after dinner.
