As well, just because it’s complicated does not mean Beef≠Bad. Personally, I have no problem acknowledging that raising beef cattle makes a huge impact on the environment and still eat beef. I think I eat more lamb/mutton than beef, yet I also acknowledge that, pound for pound, lamb/mutton has an even bigger environmental impact than beef.
