    Not at Epicurios:

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

That's OK. I never found their stuff to be any good anyway.

I wonder if Chik-Fil-A is a new sponsor.

"Old recipes that include beef will not be removed from the site, but will not be featured on the homepage"

So, they don't care about the planet enough to get rid of the old stuff, just to virtue-signal about the new.

If eating beef is wrong, I don't want to be right.

And obviously, the environmental concerns are bound to be a lot more complicated than Beef=Bad.

          I was only joking

Apparently Epicurious quietly did this a year ago.

As well, just because it’s complicated does not mean Beef≠Bad. Personally, I have no problem acknowledging that raising beef cattle makes a huge impact on the environment and still eat beef. I think I eat more lamb/mutton than beef, yet I also acknowledge that, pound for pound, lamb/mutton has an even bigger environmental impact than beef. :man-shrugging:
