Per Capita, the only real comparison metric, Ireland sucks as much as the USA, and we aren’t even close to countries like Spain and Italy. I selected these countries to view, I’m sure there are many more worse than the USA when viewed per capita.

The "per capita brigade"? Is there now a debate about whether the number of people who exist has some bearing on the number of people who get the virus? What point is the "anti-per-capita-brigade" side trying to make?

I believe the 'Per-Capita Brigade' are a dissident branch of the regular Fire Brigade, who will only come out if the building has more than 4 occupants.
