Cops are not responding to calls in a timely manner, either through too few officers or too much don't -give-a- damn. Nowdays, they mostly calk the ambulances and write up the report.
I am sure Ax has thought through his trolling and is deeply concerned about the dead black people that will result from the pop culture ideas he throws around.

I absolutely believe that. Watch the video. She announces she has a taser when she pulls her gun, then she's yelling a warning "TASER! TASER! TASER" to her partner when she fires.

That already played out near me, they even made a movie about it. Fruitvale Station. The officer did prison time of course. I assume the victim’s family got millions.

Shit happens.
Even with people's lives.
For whatever reason, the guy was resisting arrest. That's probably because he was a wannabe gangsta (money and gun waving pictures). Or maybe it's just the current culture in the black community.
Did he deserve to die? No. Did the officer make a tragic mistake in the heat and confusion of the moment? Yes. Will she do time? Yes, probably for manslaughter.

That is the question - what was the proximate cause of this incident? It cannot be the stop. Police were doing what we hire police to do. So the question then becomes, would this have happened if the deceased had complied with the officers? Obviously not.
Honestly, if it were my family member I would put at least equal blame on them.
