Is there an important part of the the swing vote electorate who care about immigration law, to the extent they can think beyond "kids in cages bad"?
I know Latinos tend to be in that group, being socially allowed to think and speak clearly on that topic. I wonder if any white people are in that group. Definitely not any California Democrats.
Education is extremely important.
