He’s telling the same story again on immigrants. That is a bad sign.

Has he said he was born a poor black child yet?

I tuned in a few minutes after 2PM Eastern. The stuff on foreign relationship with China and the stuff on infrastructure are good. I was somewhat distracted when he was answering the last series of immigration questions but that too sounded quite alright.

The two are not mutually exclusive.

Never said they were. It's just
scaryamusing how the assessment changed in 7 minutes. -

I didn't watch, I was planting lilacs in the backyard.
My understanding is that Mr. Biden said about Mr. Trump, "my predecessor, oh God I miss him."
I'm not surprised.

Never said they were. It's just
scaryamusing how the assessment changed in 7 minutes. Not "changed," just commenting on two different aspects at different times. E.g., one can first say 'this design is colorful' and then seven minutes later say 'this design is practical'; to the extent that being 'colorful' and being 'practical' are not mutually exclusive, saying something is 'colorful' and then saying that it is 'practical' is usually not considered an "assessment change" in the usual manner of speaking.

Amazing.
Just. Amazing.

Satire from The Borowitz Report:
Tucker Carlson Accuses Biden of Faking Mental Sharpness for More Than an Hour
"Following the President’s press conference, the Fox News host blasted Biden for staying on point and using “suspiciously complete sentences.”

I missed it. No prime time yet where most people will get to see him.

Biden had some stumbles. Overall, not too bad for over 100 days of preparation...

BTW, did anybody notice his eyes?
Dude was pilled up...

He most assuredly faded toward the end. On topics where he had deeper knowledge he did better, but it was clear he was tired and got out of there as quickly as he could. At times he reverted to what few stump speeches he had.
Overall I would say he did okay, and his tone and underlying themes will play well.

The funniest part was when he said he’d run again in 2024. ZERO CHANCE.

Are you seriously unaware that the prep for these things is done by staff, and not Biden burning the midnight oil all by himself?
Well, cheer up. Maybe one of these days your fondest dream will come true; Biden will take the podium and open his mouth and say, "On the river there's a bag of moon and abracadabra for the big pizza prize, God bless America", and drop dead. Then you and your compatriots can get busy tearing the whore to shreds.
Good times!

Are you so naive, that you don't know Biden has put a lid on his schedule for several days before the presser and has been prepping for it for at least a week?
Are you so ignorant, you were unaware that Mr. Biden broke a modern record in the number of days until his first press conference? It's been a century since a president took that long to meet with the press.
Are you unaware that Mr. Biden had to read some of his responses from his notes. I'm not talking about numbers, I'm talking about a simple response that Obama, Trump or Bush could have answered while walking down a hall.
Did you watch the presser? Do you think Biden's eyes looked normal? His eyes were opened wider than his normal look and his pupils were as wide as saucers.
Lastly, did you notice that the leader of the free world was noticeably tired by the end of a mere presser? You can't say that about Bush, Obama or Trump.
