Protection for me, but not for thee

I sent this to UPS via FB this afternoon:

Good afternoon.
I had to ship a package at your UPS Store in IL store this afternoon. The store, located at XXXXX, XXXXXX, IL XXXXX.
There was a prominent sign indicating that, because of the coronavirus epidemic, all who enter the store must wear a mask. The sign said, "No mask: no service." Wearing a mask, and gloves, I entered the store with my parcels. I maintained proper "social distancing" while waiting in line, observing the "6 feet" signs taped to the floor.
While waiting, an attendant left the back room with another person. The attendant was wearing a mask, but the other person, apparently a supervisor, was not. He walked out the front door of the store.
I pointed out to the attendant that the person who left the room with her was unmasked. "Jenny" replied, "It's OK, he works here, and he's going outside for a smoke." I told her that's unacceptable, for if I have to wear a mask, all employees should as well, for my protection.
Jenny's service was efficient and pleasant.
My point is that UPS should reevaluate their employee mask policy so that it conforms to that which it requires of its customers.
Attached, find a photo of said employee that I captured in the rearview mirror of my car after I left the store.
