    MFR got her first Pfizer today at University. It’s a drive thru set up in a parking garage. I have to say it was a well oiled machine. They had infrared heaters at all the stations you needed to stop at, power, computers and either cabling or WiFi.

    I think we have the processes pretty down pat. I got mine at a different health system that did it inside, but also very efficient.

      The stadium and convention center approach is the best by far. Anything in mass.

      The hassles and mysteries of hundreds if not thousands of sites in a state is not only daunting but a slow roll. Keep them of course but don’t let it be primary.

        I don’t understand why the J&J doesn’t just go through your PCP? Storage and special equipment are not an issue...

          There is no grid. It’s like recharging stations for e-cars. The supply chain is simply not set up and that takes years.

            Sure there is. Johnson & Johnson is shipping to PCP’s every single week. There are no special steps for shipping these vaccines.
