How low can you go

Tim Scott’s low voice signing is very natural, very nice!
A while back I stumbled on videos of Russia “oktavists” or “basso profondo” who sing ultra low voices, sound like some special technique, not as natural as Scott’s:

0.189 Hz?
0.189 Hz???
I can make a 0.189 Hz sound with my hands or a piece of cardboard.
This is miles below the lowest frequencies we can hear.
This doesn't make sense.
The "Lonesome road" recording is awesome.

Yeah, that's wrong. 1 Hz is me clapping once a second, so 0.189 Hz is me clapping every 5.3 seconds.
Still, it sounds fantastic. The music, not my clapping.

I can go pretty low, if you know what I mean.
And as far as the speed of the clap goes, well...

That is low, but also not pleasant to listen to. Notes lower than the lowest G on the piano are...just weird.

I am kind of with you, I did not like it that much. It was just "okay" for me.
