I got yer unity right here, Boss:
-
I agree with Bruce on all points. lol

I was embarrassed by Trump, and I'm not even an American.
He united the world!

74 million people (or more) in this country do not agree with you.

A goodly number of those who voted for him were often embarrassed by him. Perhaps most of them in his baser moments. (like bragging about his ratings after pandemic press conferences)

10.7% of Americans believe that chocolate milk comes from brown cows.
25% of Americans believe that God has a say in who wins the Superbowl.
41% believe that humans and dinosaurs co-existed.

Mr. Springsteen went loony left many years ago
I am still boycotting his music
It’s easy to feel philanthropic when you have more money than you could ever spend.

I'm not. I never liked it, so "boycott" is probably the wrong word in my case.
Ditto.
Much of his music is depressing.

All his stuff sounds like it was written by a guy strumming his guitar in his bedroom.
I've never understood the huge appeal. There's nothing special about it at all. There's no edge, there's no humour, there's no virtuosity, it's the kind of music that makes me change channels when I'm driving.
Maybe I'm missing something. When I was a kid growing up in the UK in the 70's and 80's, I'd never have dreamt of listening to it. It's flabby.
-
I never really listened to him either. Except on the radio in high school.
