I'm not. I never liked it, so "boycott" is probably the wrong word in my case.

Much of his music is depressing.

All his stuff sounds like it was written by a guy strumming his guitar in his bedroom.
I've never understood the huge appeal. There's nothing special about it at all. There's no edge, there's no humour, there's no virtuosity, it's the kind of music that makes me change channels when I'm driving.
Maybe I'm missing something. When I was a kid growing up in the UK in the 70's and 80's, I'd never have dreamt of listening to it. It's flabby.
