Fridge Purge Dinner

I had a lot of leftover stuff sitting around. So I thought 'pasta sauce'
Made a kind of Spanish pasta sauce with tomatoes, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, leftover chorizo and andouille sausage. A little wine, olive oil, butter and salt and it's turning out great. All leftovers except the pasta.

I roasted a chicken. Hadn't done that in a while.

Nope. just in the oven.
Brined it most of the day. It was juicy and perfectly salty.
I had thawed out the last of the leftover cranberry sauce but I didn't want to use it.
