My Sarah is home now. I can't touch her or kiss her or anything, but she's home, and barring some sort of a setback, she will make it.

Fantastic.
Glad to hear.
She was in the hospital for a month. She went in weighing 115 pounds, and came out weighing 96 pounds. She almost died twice. Her big concern? If I've been eating good....
I. Am. A. Lucky. Lucky. Man.
Take care of her. It takes time to recover.
And take care of you, too.
Good news! Now get yourself to the doctor.
Great news! What a relief that must be
Great to hear, Larry! Now, go make her a sammich!!
Excellent!
Best news all day! Happy for you both.
Yes, great to hear, and look after yourself

This. She's going to need a couple months to really get her strength back.
Glad she's home!
Congrats Larry. That's really great news.
Glad sheβs home. Continue to wish for her full and speedy recovery.
Great news!
Great news, indeed. What a trial that was, hopefully smooth sailing from here.
Good news!
Glad to read the good news--hope it continues!
No idea what's going on, Larry -- but know of my prayers for your missus and you.
