That was kinda crazy. Maybe there are more facts at play here - but seems like he just advocated for due process.

Cop shooting unarmed woman breaking into Capitol Building who was at least 10 feet away: no charges.
Cop shooting (by mistake, apparently) unarmed man with warrant: charged with manslaughter.
