Let’s remember that Sessions recused himself, Trump went on Lester Holt and said stupid shit and Rosenstein (not the NYT) appointed a special council.
The Trump conversations to Ukraine were also idiotic
Now - it didn’t really amount to much because it was all out of stupidity on Trump’s part and not villainous corruption. But it’s not like it was a figment of some people’s imagination.
I’m saying this, because Trump’s actions now are not an analogue of what happened to him. They’re different and went over board in different ways. It’s a different thing though.

In fact, they are worse than a partisan hack. These people have allowed hate for the individual to be placed ahead of the rule of law and what is best for the country. At this point, I would never trust them to do what is honorable or right, not if it meant furthering a political agenda...

Well I'm not particularly motivated to make excuses for what I've already admitted was a predictable thing he would do. But, the cultural warfare and the broad-scale TDS existed since the moment everybody started taking him seriously as a potential next president. So it predates whatever claim you're speaking of.

You obsessing over a dossier doesn‘t mean the rest of the country did too. You pretend a dosseir is the only thing that implicates Russia but it is not.
Russia did interfere with the 2016 election, officially acknowledged as much in multiple US government investigations and reports, including one produced by the Senate Intelligene Committee led by Republicans. Go read that report, it cited a lot more evidence than the a single dossier.
It is believable that China tried too, but don‘t just throw the name “China” and just assume that it happened. Show some credible evidence and then maybe it will taken more seriously.
The big one you skipped over is Ukraine. Ukraine is the one referenced in the article of impeachment, not Russia. Ukraine is the only issue getting support from the Democrats’ leadership to go against Trump. There are inveitigagive reports, audio recordings (some released by Trump himself), and sworn public testimony by witnesses. Trump deserves all the flack he got for the Ukraine debacle, and that’s that one you choose not to mention.
