Chinese built cars are already in the U.S.

      What makes/models?
How many "Chinese built cars" in the U.S.?
(Would appreciate it if you have the statistics handy, else I can try to look it up using the makes/models information requested above.)

I would never buy a foreign car, no way.

Price matters, the feds can fix that with tariffs.

I will never buy an American car again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me four times? You’re done.

I’m somewhat surprised we haven’t seen Chery here. It’s in Latin America.

My prediction: There will be a bill when this is over to repatriate critical medical manufacturing.

Then it’ll get watered down to useless in the Senate and we’ll be in more or less the same place.

JD Vance on the donor problem.

He meanders at first but keep reading.

Scott McConnell (co-founder of the American Conservative magazine), has a much pithier version.

Hard to effectively criticize something, when it hasn't happened.

Telling the electorate what they want to hear then doing the opposite because that’s what the donors want has never happened before?

As far as this issue, things may have changed a mite.
