It was good! Just the right amount of heat from the spices and herbs on the salmon. Had mashed potatoes and broccoli as well.

Friday night dinner for me was salad, mixed with pear Gorgonzola, mixed nuts, wasabi peas, dried cranberries, crushed Sun chips.

Daughter called for long, long Facetime. Dinner plan destroyed. Had mushroom arancini and a bowl of cereal.

Ok, again we go with filets, but this time they will be porcini crusted with blue cheese butter, salt crusted baked potatoes.

I've made baked potatoes with rubbed-on olive oil, and sprinkled with sea salt or kosher salt.

Is that what you're talking about?

Pretty much, yeah. I used a combination of smoked sea and sea salt. We'll see.
