My old place is doing OK.

        Well, fair....

But another place about a mile from me is not.

Is the 32/64 listing your old place of employment?

They never built up the personnel necessary. That’s the one big failing over the last 6 months. They should have been fast tracking nurses and medical students to be ready for the winter wave.

Hard to do, especially with medical students.

I didn’t mean bring med school students on as doctors, but surely they could be prepped to handle some nursing duties?

That's a George question, but my answer would be no, especially for anything under third year. I dealt with residents and very few interns.
