Lately there have been a number of things and giving me flashbacks to 2008...

• almost all of my five best guy friends have all moved into a new place this year
• I just had a coworker buy a townhouse before it went on market and it even beat out five other offers
• I have another friend who just signed up to work at a mortgage company, lots of hiring there
• lots and lots and lots of radio ads for real estate agents
• prices keep going up and up and up
