1,000,000 cases

So back on March 13th when the USA had about 2,300 cases, I told my parents that we would probably have 1 million cases by May 1. They didn’t believe me. Right now I think it may end up being pretty darn close!

Anyone want to put their (fake) chips onto any particular date for when we cross this macabre milestone?

We surely are already over 1MM by any reasonable IFR estimate. I guess the question is just how well testing will go.

But that's not a bad over/under, it would be a 3.71% growth rate per day in new cases.
