I just talked to the company that sent me the whiskey on the phone.
All they could say is that the guy who paid it is a really really dismal piano player.

But as you know a too cheap instrument may hinder progress and morale of the pupil.
Also, I immediately noticed that that kazoo was not seasoned for destination. Was it a grey market kazoo from Japan by chance?

I also looked into "Piano for Dummies".
I must say that it is a surprisingly decent book. No "learning to play without reading notes" bullshit. The music theory section looks pretty well done, actually. If it weren't for the language barrier, I'd give this to my kids.
