I have been receiving several of these emails every day

They are pretty sleazy and cheap looking, not the kind of thing that would make you want to send money

I might just be getting scams

If the dems are sending these emails that might be a clever move

Trump win one today, didn't he?

You talking about the PA ruling?

It’s really narrow so it won’t affect anything.

It’s a good ruling but the remedy is bad and should be overturned. I hope the state appeals even though it won’t change the outcome.

You mean they actually want to not certify illegal ballots?

Ruhroh... Trump won one and it’s kind of a big deal... A judge ruled that Newsome overstepped his bounds and was not authorized to have ballots sent out to voters. Now the ruling changes nothing in California since the state legislature backed up the order a few days later with a change to the law, but it does set a precedent for cases where the executive branch of states did the same thing and DIDN’T get legislature approval...

So does the Philly ballot deadline case.

Executive cannot set rules for elections.

In principle, yes, except where the legislature left things unspecified or under-specified. For example, a legislature may not write laws down to the details of specifying the exact dimension of a paper ballot, the exact font, the exact font sizes, the exact color of the ink to be used to print the ballots. Then it is up to the executive branch to “set the rules” on these things that the legislature has not specified.

Separate but related: Twitter will hand @POTUS to Biden on Inauguration Day, even if Trump doesn’t concede.

"Twitter is actively preparing to support the transition of White House institutional Twitter accounts on January 20th, 2021,” Twitter spokesperson Nick Pacilio said in an email. “As we did for the presidential transition in 2017, this process is being done in close consultation with the National Archives and Records Administration.”

"The handover requires no sharing of information between the outgoing Trump team and incoming Biden team, according to the company. All existing tweets on those accounts will be archived and Twitter will transfer the accounts — reset to zero tweets — to the Biden White House that day."

Statement from President Trump lawyers on Pennsylvania law result.

“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

"We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. There is so much evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats eliminated our opportunity to present 50 witnesses and other evidence that election officials blatantly ignored Pennsylvania’s law denying independent review. This resulted in 682,777 ballots being cast illegally, wittingly or unwittingly. This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know.

"We are disappointed we did not at least get the opportunity to present our evidence at a hearing. Unfortunately the censorship continues. We hope that the Third Circuit will be as gracious as Judge Brann in deciding our appeal one way or the other as expeditiously as possible. This is another case that appears to be moving quickly to the United States Supreme Court.”
