The depression would have sucked for any president.

It shows up in Hoover’s stats.

    Them’s the breaks.

    Only non-witches get due process.

October's numbers show 685K new jobs.

Does that mean 115K jobs lost?

Does that still mean the most by any President over his term?

ETA: Trump still has (presumably) about 2 months in his term. Isn't it a bit premature to pull that trigger?

Biden will get credit for the jobs recovery AND Social Security solvency since most of our seniors will be gone and there won’t be as much to pay out...

Biden will be remembered most for being a place holder to try and get Kamala elected as long as we are being honest.

Looks like we have to factor in the results of all the vaccine and other efforts now before we have a final tally. Jan 21 should now be part of the compare Trump and Biden record.

Heck I’ll even throw Biden some stock market points to satisfy the group but even that jump was based on divided government.

It just eats at a democrats insides at the thought of Trump being remembered for his accomplishments.

It's understandable, though. Of the democrat presidents in any of our lifetimes, the only one remembered in a positive way is John Kennedy. Jimmy Carter will always be remembered for nearly crashing the economy and giving rise to radical Islam. Bill Clinton will always be remembered as a sexual deviant. Obama will always be remembered for destroying the democrat party and race relations.

Trump on the other hand will be remembered for his accomplishments, and compared to the likes of Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher.

No, he doesn't have a total lack of empathy. You adhere yourself to all the other small and weak people around you, expecting a mob, if it is ever required. Or maybe a phone call. That is your empathy.

This world is made up of leaders and followers. Two things identify followers...Followers will always nip at a leader's heels. Followers will never understand what makes a leader.

If you want to use Margaret Thatcher as an example of great leadership, I'd say she was a prime example of somebody who got more and more extreme until eventually her own party kicked her out. In another country she'd have ended up in a military uniform, declaring herself President for Life.

A poll tax, FFS. What kind of addled brain thought that was a good idea?

                                          I was only joking
