So, now that the Supreme Court has a supposed "6-3 Conservative majority," what last minute voter suppression or voter disenfrenchisement rulings you think the GOP will push through between now and the start of the next Congress is seated?
Go ahead, be creative!

the Dems need to roll up their sleeves and craft legislation that can pass through Congress and endure Constitutional challenge.
I actually agree with that. I’d phrase it differently. They need to do the hard work of democracy and convince others of their positions so things can get through the legislative process. They rely too much on the courts and the administrative state to enforce what is ultimately a minority opinion on their countrymen.
I view it as analogous the the GOP’s reliance on voter suppression.
They’re quite different tactics but both have the same effect, enabling minoritarian rule.

One would think that the vote to confirm a SCOTUS nominee would be headline news.
Apparently, according to MSNBC, it doesn't even deserve a mention. This is a screenshot of their homepage as of 7:45 CDT - almost an hour after the vote occurred.
Still nothing....

Funny I’m a yes to the first three and a no on the last 4.

I agree with everything you said except the part about voter suppression. That's a false narrative pushed by the democrats, not a real thing.
True.
Republicans want the vote to be fraud free.

"Yes" to 2 would imply a "yes" to 4, no?

Half an hour later, with Trump presiding over the swearing in, MSNBC still hasn't updated.
MSNBC TV has Rachel Maddow talking about the virus.
Scroll down FoxNews and tell me when you see the word Corona or Covid or Virus.

Five stories, front page, about halfway down on the right.
