Ugh... And the hits just keep coming...
Luke is feeling better except now he has phantom smells. He still canāt smell or taste things that are there, but occasionally heāll smell something that isnāt...

Omg, leg cramps. I sometimes get them right above the back of my knee at night, and I have to wake Steve up to help because I canāt move and canāt get rid of them, so incredibly painful! Too much salt, dehydration, and sciatica seem to bring them on for me. And a bad one makes my leg sore for a couple of days.

There are few things as much fun as getting leg cramps when cycling when you're 10 miles from home.
