For the Boat People - I have One for Sale

Don’t you hate it when your yacht is just too big?
A source tells Page Six that Jeff Bezos is quietly shopping his $500 million floating palace, Koru — because it’s just too huge to manage.
The jaw-dropping vessel also has a $75 million support ship, Abeona, though it is unclear if this is part of the deal. According to reports, it costs $30 million per year to operate the two ships together. (Not that that’s a burden for the “250 Billion Dollar Man,” but it may make buyers scarce.)

My heart bleeds for his troubles.
I'm a total landlubber but found that article truly irritating for the way it occasionally used 'boat' (and even 'yacht') to describe such a large multi-masted ocean going ship.
It's a ship.
And not to be too much of a complaining pedant, yes it is also a yacht, but isn't a far better description something like 'three-masted schooner?
It's more like a tea clipper than your average yacht!Fabulous ship, one of the good things of having ridiculously wealthy individuals is that things like this are built.

I guess i understand that people like to own things, and for him, the money is probalby the same as me buying a bicycle, but.........
How much use does he really get out of it? Couple of weeks a year? Maybe a month max? Why not rent a private yatch for the week that he needs a boat. I am guessing he could get a pretty nice one for a $1MM/week.
In case he is here on this forum under a different name, here are some potential rents.

Huge yachts are particularly funny to me, not that I wouldn't like to experience them maybe once. But at the end of the day it can't be any nicer than a nice hotel room. Or, perish the thought, a nice stay in your own luxurious home. The view and whatever magical feeling you might get from being on the ocean (and I'm very sure that passes quickly) is the only difference.
