Where is Klaus now?

ok now real google maps detective work, the pyramidal mountain (no snow) directly in the backround is Cerro Manquehue, so Klaus is in a rooftop bar/hotel facing that range with the andes off a little to the right (east) in the picture. (yes i have time on my hands between missile alerts, and today im not at the hospital thankfully)

ok back from another alert, while in the bomb shelter decided to judge the time from the sun shadows, must be afternoonish, say 2-3 pm as the sun is more westerly but still pretty much overhead
