Cuba is next?

I'm no historian but I did listen to a podcast about this somewhat recently. The cutting off of Venezuelan and Mexican oil were some early steps needed. Seems like taking over Cuba would be somewhat easy but as always... the power vacuum... how to handle that, who the hell knows.

Just Putin thumbing his nose (for the umpteenth time) at Trump over Cuba. That, and he wants to be mentioned in a Truth Social dispatch from the Mar-a-Lago Palace and bunker.
Russia has dispatched two tankers carrying oil and gas to Cuba as the island grapples with a deepening energy crisis exacerbated by a U.S. oil blockade, the Financial Times reported Wednesday.
The ships would be providing the Caribbean island nation with its first energy shipments in three months. Fuel shortages have pushed Cuba into one of its most severe economic crises in decades, with widespread blackouts and disruptions to basic services.

What does the Iran debacle portend for Cuba?
Theory A: Trump is once bitten twice shy, doesn’t take any more chances with wars of choice.
Theory B: Trump needs a victory to heal his ego, like the bully who loses a fight and comes home and punches his wife.
I’m leaning toward B.

Cuba would seem to be an easier target. Isolated like Iran, but does not have the 'reach" like Iran, and other than exporting medical assistance to other third world countries, they don't have many (or any) things to hold hostage over the US.
