      Hard to debate Whitney Houston's powerhouse singing, but personally my favorite is Chris Stapleton by a long shot. Yeah it's a little different, but I always go back to it... the voice, the minimal guitar, just great tone. For example, the subtle vocal run he does down then up at 1:44... just so good.

        I had no idea about this video but just saw it. Of course Charles Cornell has an opinion about it (he's dramatic about all of his reviews) but he's also really good at breaking down music.
