    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/idaho-immigration-raid-zipties-aclu-lawsuit-ice-rcna258611

“Idaho families file lawsuit over immigration raid that swept up hundreds, including U.S. citizens”
... About 400 people, including U.S. citizens and children, were detained for four hours while being denied food and water in the raid, according to the lawsuit.

ACLU filed the lawsuit for the class of about 400 people.

Idaho is a very red state, and that happened there too. 🤷

I’m surprised there haven’t been more lawsuits over their illegal behaviors!

I wonder if Pretti's family will also file a wrongful death suit, too.
