I have no idea what you are talking about.

Give it half a day ...

***it will come to you ...***

... or I may have to reevaluate the need to reinstate some form of voter literacy test.

Trying not to let that spoil my appetite; still open to suggestions for breakfast. 😋

Without doing any googling, I presume you are referring to nuclear treaties? If so, here's a fun fact, I used to be "the" guy in charge of collecting every country's declared arms data for publishing within the government world. There was a system that was outdated, so I led the team to rebuild it for better collection and distribution. FUN FACT of the day!

Edit: I see the Doc provided a link to it, yeah same thing.

            And? Who won?

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

I believe the Vatican won. Hard to compete with divine space lasers.

Just in case anyone is dying to know the rest of the story. I stopped by a small Chinese restaurant that open early and had General Tso's chicken lunch special (with fried rice) for brunch.

That is American Chinese food. Shame.

I’m an equal opportunity chicken eater. The day before it was Colonel Sanders’, so the next day’s chicken meal was General Tso’s. I may go for Chicken Maharaja next.
