ICE kills a US citizen in Minneapolis

@Mik said in ICE kills a US citizen in Minneapolis:
Guns don't "go off". They are fired. Still idiocy on all parts.
The P320 model is widely carried by armed civilians and US law enforcement, including ICE — but has been the subject of more than 100 allegations that it has a defect that allows it to fire “uncommanded.”

Either way, from what I can tell, the whole thing about him obstructing the agents looks to be complete crap.

It would do a lot of good if this one got a real investigation and a prosecution if warranted. Which it looks like it is.

Unlikely. The head FBI agent in Minneapolis office resigned because they wanted him(?) to look more into Good and her wife than what actually happened.

Interesting.
I guess that President Trump does not have the President Truman "buck stops here" sign on his desk.
(But, in President Trumps defense, it is a rare politician who take responsibility when something goes wrong. Even if they gave the "order", some staff member is the one caught.)

Good breakdown here.
