He probably keeps forgetting he took it already.
Incidentally, my dad took a cognitive test and passed it with 100%, despite being considerably and visibly affected by an ischemic attack.
The fact that Billy Numbnuts feels the need to boast about finally finding a test he can ACE tells me everything I need to know.
