Remember the testimony that the Republicans refused to do in open session?

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump
engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 election and to prevent the
      lawful transfer of power.

      That's boilerplate prosecutor talk.

I'll await the actual factual revelations contained in the document. I'm sure Twitter is on the case, having already proven clever enough to crack the nearly impenetrable code of a public release of a document on New Year's Eve.

      Education is extremely important.

A quick gemini analysis of the document basically says the evidence is:

        • Evidence that Trump said in private that he lost but publicly made "knowingly false claims"
        • Evidence that Trump specifically moved boxes (a shell game) to hide classified evidence from his own laywers and the FBI to evade a subpoena
        • Evidence he deliberately defied federal subpoenas and instructed others to provide false statements regarding the current location of classified evidence

In other words, proof of criminal intent (admitting loss, but taking actions to reverse the election)
