I once experienced the opposite of this. I went to pick up Mrs. Phibes at the airport, and after quite a long wait much to my surprise (and horror) she showed up being pushed in a wheelchair. Both her and my daughter got food poisoning from a sandwich at the layover, and had then experienced the flight from hell.

I’m sitting in the airport at Houston* right now regretting the fact that I have to eat here. A list of 11 entrees, only one doesn’t have fried chicken (it has grilled chicken). I guess I could have had a salad but I need some protein.

Pesto chicken is the tastiest looking thing on that menu anyway. Actually just had sous vide chicken with pesto sauce last night. Yummy.

Agreed. It’s almost comical how all the others start with crispy chicken. Even the BBQ sandwich, blasphemy!

Sadly there is a raw form of humanity that easily accepts a culture of fraud and immorality as the way to progress in life… you can see it in Somalia, in the fraudsters on bridges in Rome and Paris, and the tourists who cut in line if others are.
Side note if you want fun viewing, YouTube people who secretly record folks on those European bridges trying to scam people in the hidden ball game, etc.
