You may have seen this photo going around lately. It's an amazing photo capturing a skydiver in front of a high-def sun. There is a video of how it was done, and it is indeed impressive. My next post will be why I'm a joykill.

Also if you search youtube for it, you'll see the AI or whatever robots posting the same damn video, screenshot, caption, and slightly different title about 20x in a row. Repetitive content tsunami has arrived, ugh. 😕

      My killjoy...

It is manufactured. It absolutely involved photoshop. Yeah the sun is real. The skydiver is real. But it's a composite of at least 2 separate photographs, including the photoshopped removal of the light aircraft that was also in the shot.

Ok rant mostly over. I really dislike it when 2+ photos and "removal" editing is used to create "wow, the best single photo evah!"

From reddit, at least someone agrees with me.

I see the photographer was actually on reddit in a separate sub, looks like he calls it "a mosaic".

The full photo, sorry, mosaic, is really awesome looking, though:

              Mosaic is Greek for fake.

Haha I mean if Peter Jackson said "check out the best documentary video I've ever taken!" I'd be like... sorry, precious.
