If I remember correctly, and I'm pretty sure I do, you're the guy who said that Tucker Carlson was good people. And that motherfucker ended up advertising Russian grocery stores.
I don't mind that he went to Russia, but many of his other recent talking points have been crazy. I would no longer feel like saying anything generally positive about him, if his recent output was all I knew. At the time I said that, it's what I felt. I guess I could take the safer tack of never saying anything positive about anybody, but then I would betray a fear of being dunked on in this insipid manner that unfortunately pervades this forum, where everybody takes personal responsibility for the actions and opinions of any public figure they've ever supported. I think it's ok to develop new opinions over time, based on new information. I actually appreciate it when people do so, as long as I trust their motivations.
