For me, it's a dumb street name. Heck, we have a long road near me that for many years had a normal name, like Cardinal Lane, and it was recently renamed to a Dakota word that means "peaceful woods and prairie" or something which is highly ironic as developers have clearcut all natural landscapes along it and put up houses densely packed together. But at least the Dakota tribe has the street sign.

It would be nice if one religion/tribe/ethnic people had some sort of "moral superiority" over everybody else.
Unfortunately that is doesnt happen.

14m is too long for me but I saw a video clip that showed this mayor chastising a citizen who was complaining about naming a street after a terrorist. I had a similar reaction to Horace, it seemed really bad but I couldn’t tell how much selective editing had happened. It cut between multiple cameras.
