Everybody still here?

South African pastor Joshua Mhlakela has attracted global attention after claiming he received a vision predicting the Rapture on 23 and 24 September 2025. Mhlakela, who preaches Christian end-times prophecy, said Jesus Christ revealed the dates to him, sparking debate among believers and sceptics online.
"The Rapture is upon us," Joshua Mhlakela said in the Sept. 9 episode of the CentTwinz TV podcast. "Whether you are ready, or you are not ready, the Rapture, in 14 days from now, is going to take place."
The South African pastor doubled down, claiming he's "a billion percent sure" after Jesus told him this information in a dream.

I grew up in an Evangelical household, more non-denominational, but heard chatter about the Rapture a few times. Even now when things happen in the middle east and the prerequisites involving events in Israel, I'll sometimes hear hints that my folks think this might mean the end times are near...yet I think, how many massive events have happened in Israel over the last 2000 years, many of which I'd imagine would be much clearer "signs" for something big coming. Anyway... I'll be at work tomorrow.

@Mik LOL
I am ahead of you in time, and you can go to sleep easy - the world is still here on 24 September.

Has anybody considered the possibility that the Rapture did happen, and we just didn’t make the cut?

Maybe that is where George, Jolly, Aqua, etc. have gone.
