I play that one most days - it gets progressively harder through the week, although never that difficult, there's just more words.

It gets harder through the week until Friday and hard again on Sunday. Saturday more like early-week.

Is Pips getting harder?

My first couple games (hard) I did in under 2 minutes. Now 4 is the norm and sometimes it takes 6.

Could be I got lucky the first few, and found the easiest starting point first.

I think it is too. I'm not sure it will last, because it's essentially the same game every day. Not as varied as say Connections or Strands or Letterboxed.
