        Not really that dumb, listening to it. The direction is towards a 100% legal workforce, but concentrated in industries and locations that won’t impact food supply. And with an eye on national security priorities, which would be impacted by food disruption. 1% of the illegal workforce being deprioritized will allow for the direction towards 100%.

        Education is extremely important.
