And not to play the card, but play the card, imagine having kids to raise too. The "I get home and am so tired I barely make dinner and go to sleep"... it's like man, you have no idea what you're capable of when another human being (or 3) relies on you.

I know we have talked about this before and I am generally a fan of working in the office, maybe not 100%, but I am not sure that 100% remote is the way to go either.

I don’t know if I’m amused or depressed. That is so fucking weak. They want to work from home? Great. Go open a farm. Work that job and tell me about your work/relax balance or your entertainment.

And sorry, @89th , but adding kids to the mix gains no sympathy from me. I’m glad that your job allows you to work from home, and I personally have absolutely no problems with working from home jobs. @Aqua-Letifer works from home. Great for him! I fully encourage it! @mark ran his business from home. That’s wonderful! If you work for the government? Get your ass into the office.

Haha all good on this end. I had kids when I worked in the office and from home, my comment there was just how tired folks are but don't realize their true potential (evil laugh) if they had more than their own dinner to take care of outside of work.
