          This railing was 36”, that’s waist high for most people.

          Still, the underaged guy was pouring beer over his own head and had his shirt off. I think the vendors at PNC might be in for a little bit of trouble.

            To be that hammered, he probably pregamed too. That sucks, but when I first saw the footage (before any word of age or alcohol) it looked like a purposeful move, but perhaps he just got excited during the play and stood up and leaned forward too fast.
