A wasted joke

I have a podiatry (foot) appointment coming up. I booked 2 since there was a question of availability and I'll cancel one of them soon.

The doctor's office called and asked if I meant to book two appointments. I said yes, one for my left foot and one for my right foot.

CRICKETS.

Bloody hell, it was a good joke. I even delivered it in a light manner.
